Property Sheet
The property sheet provides a consolidated user interface for properties, which may be altered by the user or programmer at runtime. It has several tabs, which logically group these properties, styles and states of the scrollbar and the property sheet itself. It also has an owner tab, which contains the EULA of this control.
By default, when the scrollbar is not involved in a complex mouse operation, right-clicking any area of the scrollbar except the arrows launches the property sheet. If this area is not sufficient and convenience of clicking becomes an issue, the scrollbar will automatically include the arrows for this operation.
